I offer outpatient telehealth sessions for individuals located in New York State.
Couples and/or family sessions may be considered, in collaboration with you, depending on your goals for therapy.

We will explore and challenge resulting negative beliefs you may hold about yourself, others, and the world around you, making space for more balanced, empowering perspectives. I will support you in moving forward—building resilience, reclaiming your sense of self, and creating a life that is no longer defined by past trauma.

Eating Disorder Informed

If you are struggling with disordered eating, I will help you develop insight into the function of your eating patterns, while exploring alternative ways to meet those needs without shame or judgment. I will support you in building a closer relationship with your healthy self, guiding you toward recovery with compassion and care.
