Samantha Harding, LCAT, RDMT
is a licensed psychotherapist

who specializes in treating individuals living with disordered eating and body image distress, often paired with co-occurring anxiety, depression, trauma, and/or personality disorders.

Sam has years of experience treating individuals, couples, families, and groups in the residential treatment setting. Her theoretical background includes embodiment as a therapeutic approach, and she thoughtfully incorporates body-based and cognitive approaches in sessions, including acceptance and commitment (ACT), cognitive behavioral (CBT), cognitive processing (CPT), and dialectical behavior (DBT) therapies.

Sam is currently the Assistant Clinical Director at Monte Nido Rivertowns in Irvington, NY. She brings her curiosity, authenticity, intuition and warmth to sessions, providing unconditional support to each of her clients.
